Much of Landmark's work is designing multiple townhome developments. This work consists of multiple homes created together in unison, as well as multiple residential units within a single building. We always conceive these homes with respect to the neighborhoods in which they are located along with a desire to create a lasting impression. Our repertoire of multiple-residential work is grounded in our extensive experience with the design development of Mid-Rise, Multiple Family Residential Buildings.
