Vincent is the Principal and Architect in Charge of Project Development. He is a specialist in residential, commercial, and industrial designs. Vince's work and dedication has earned him a respected position in the building community. He holds licenses in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York.
Agata M. Reister
Agata is a BA Graduate of Drexel University™ and Architect in Charge of Design & Production. With her passion to get the construction details perfect along with her organizational and administration skills, she is the assurance that all landmark project documents are skillfully designed and prepared to meet the code and construction requirements.
FELICIA DIARRA
FELICIA is a BA graduate from Philadelphia University™ who contributes her skills in computer-aided design to the team. She strives to provide clients with precise drawings and plan alterations that reflect the Landmark style. Her keen perception allows her to distinguish exactly what clients are looking for and provide them with detailed drawings.
Christopher Noble
Chris is the prolific and youthful force that inspires the staff to reexamine ideas from a fresh perspective. Through his project renderings and utilization of visual media, clients are able to see their visions come to life. His innovative outlook on projects contributes to the expansive vision of Landmark and helps present clients with numerous ideas.
Susan Uhl
Susan is the permit paperwork genius of the office. She is second to none in preparing for and expediting the necessary jurisdictional documents required for the planning, zoning, and building permit submissions and acquisition. Susan provides an invaluable service to our clients by fulfilling their paperwork and permit requirements.
Elke Vormfelde Combs
Elke Versatile and accomplished residential designer with 30 years of experience. she served as a special assistant for the frank lloyd wright foundation which focused on preserving, influencing and educating a world wide audience about the history and continued relevance of wrights architectural and cultural legacy.
Sunny Mancini
Sunny is our administration organizer and coordinator. Sunny accomplished BA and MA degrees from Penn state and temple university in the hospitality sector. she is a valued assistant in the landmark office.
